Meet Jennifer

Buying or selling a home is a big decision, and I believe you deserve more than someone focused on getting you to the closing table. You deserve someone who listens, helps you understand your options, and gives you straightforward guidance—even when the best decision might be to stay exactly where you are.

Jennifer Rowden, Greater Lansing Realtor

A Greater Lansing Realtor Who Calls This Home

Greater Lansing isn’t simply the market I work in—it’s home. Over the years, I’ve called Grand Ledge, Lansing Township, Potterville, and now Delta Township home. I’ve raised my family here, built my career here, and developed roots throughout the surrounding communities, from Charlotte and Eaton Rapids, to Dewitt and Portland. My knowledge of Mid-Michigan doesn’t come only from market reports and listing data. It comes from decades of actually living, working, raising a family, and building relationships here.

I Understand That Where You Live Affects How You Live

My career with General Motors has given me another perspective on choosing where to live. I spent 15 years working on the line before moving into leadership, so I understand firsthand the realities of shift work, demanding schedules, long days, and how much a commute can affect the time you actually have for yourself and your family. A home can check every box, but if getting there adds unnecessary time to an already long workday, that matters. When I help buyers compare communities and homes, I want to understand more than bedrooms, bathrooms, and price. I want to understand how that home will actually fit into their everyday life.

Why Real Estate?

I came to real estate with an established career in leadership, where solving problems, communicating clearly, and helping people navigate difficult situations are part of my everyday work. Those same skills are at the heart of how I approach real estate. I don’t believe my job is to talk someone into buying or selling a house. My job is to ask the right questions, make sure you understand your options, advocate for your interests, and help you make a decision that makes sense for you.

What Can You Expect From Me?

I don’t want to sell you a house. I want you to find a home. That means I’ll tell you what I see, ask questions you may not have considered, and give you room to make your own decision. If I see something that concerns me, I’ll say so. If I think we need to slow down, look at more options, or reconsider the numbers, I’ll tell you that too. Whether you’re buying, selling, or still deciding what your next move should be, you can expect straightforward communication, honest guidance, and someone firmly in your corner.

Local Knowledge, Backed By Keller Williams

When you work with me, you get personal, one-on-one guidance backed by the resources and support of Keller Williams Realty Lansing. I’m not part of a large real estate team, so you won’t be passed from one person to another as you move through the process. You’ll work directly with me, while I have the technology, training, professional network, and brokerage support of Keller Williams behind me.

That combination matters to me. I want my clients to have a Realtor who knows them, understands what they’re trying to accomplish, and stays personally involved from the first conversation through closing—without giving up the resources that come with an established brokerage.

Let’s Talk About Your Next Move

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you reach out. Whether you’re ready to buy or sell, relocating to Greater Lansing, or simply trying to decide what makes sense next, I’m happy to start with a conversation. Tell me what you’re thinking about, and we’ll take it from there.
